I gobbled this one right up. It's one that can be read in one sitting. I loved Hayden. He is yummy and charmer. He easily charms the reader that's for sure. Adele's back story is going to break your heart. There are a few emotional moments that brought tears to me eyes. I truly loved the epilogue. It's the cherry on the top of this book. I would recommend this one!

When Adele accidentally starts her condo on fire it is the handsome and tattooed Hayden's face that she sees after her carries her out. Totally embarrassed by her lack of clothing she is relieved she never has to see him again. After all he is the type of guy she needs to stay away from. When a friend sets her up with a room in a rental house her new roommate is none other than the sexy Hayden. Their playful banter is crazy fun. When he realizes that she is to uptight and in her own head he helps her find her way out without her even knowing it. Just by taking her on adventures she regains her confidence. I loved how their relationship slowly grew into more. Great read!
OMG this story! I was blown away and could not put it down. I giggled and swooned. I loved the wit and banter between these two. After a chance meeting in the most unfortunate way, Adele and Hayden are thrusted into each other’s worlds and their push and pull is so magnetic. I giggled with Pixie’s appearances. I loved their chemistry. Honestly, it was a one sit read for me because I devoured it so fast. The flow of this story was amazing as well as seeing the character growth for Adele. Then you have Hayden who is just sin on a firefighter stick and how he gets to her was just brilliant!

Filthy Firefighter is THE Cocky Hero Club book to read this summer. I decided to jump into it because the blurb grabbed my attention, and I'm so glad I did because it's a page-turner, can't-put-it-down, took-me-out-of-a-slump book. Brilliant storytelling and impeccably written by Emma Louise. I've never read a book by this author, and I'm so glad I took a chance because it was everything I needed.

The story is filled with slow burn and build up. They are simply meant to be. Hayden's charm is hilarious and swoony. He gets the real Adele, even without her being open about her insecurities. Hayden knows who he wants, and is willing to not let go. And when they are finally together, it's amazingly explosive. And the surprises! Shh... better to read the book to find out about the plot twists.
Filthy Firefighter left me wanting more because this couple is unforgettable. So being a greedy ready, I want to see more of them. But I was also happy to catch up with Cocky Bastard's Aubrey and Chance. I can't recommend this book enough!

Adele and Hayden's story, they are very sweet and romantic, he is a firefighter that rescues her, the banter was fantastic, their chemistry is hot, they find themselves in an interesting situation, one you don't want to miss, definitely scorching hot flames so you might want to get reading it now.
Filthy Firefighter is a companion series to the Cocky Hero Club, each book written by a different author. I picked books without expecting to find two of the secondary characters connected with Pompous Player. I enjoyed Filthy Firefighter because the characters were more realistic. Adele & Hayden have their past that are afraid to share, but at the same time, their chemistry is over the roof. I can understand Adele's fears about her past addictions, but she has a man who is for her for the good and the bad.
Yes, there are a couple of exaggerations for this novella and I had to reduce a star. I look forward to reading more books from this companion series and other works by Emma Louise.

Love with Hayden before he even said a word. Once I knew about the dirty talking....I turned to a puddle of want. I'm still in gelatinous form and it will be a while.
