You can't please everybody, what you'll gain is only a headache or two

Acceptance is the key. Nothing is permanent in this word except your family. This is another nice picture book from Jory John. I enjoyed The Bad Seed, and this one isn't so bad either! Of course, it's good—it being the good egg. See what I did there? Haha!

But the egg goes back to its abusive family and keeps on taking the abuse because ‘nobody is perfect’ at the end. NOPE.

The illustrations are cute. I’m not sure I agreed with the message the authors are trying to convey, though.

Super cute children's book about taking care of yourself and realizing that others don't have to be perfect. The illustrations are adorable.
