A beautiful ending to Ged's story. I almost wish this had been included in The Other Wind, but understand why it wasn't. Le Guin once again asks us what it means to die, and I once again cry.

This is the perfect short story to end the Earthsea cycle 
it is just Ged reminiscing on his life as an old man sitting by the fire. 
the story summaries all his adventure in a short sweet , few page story.
