I don't know what the hell I just read, but it wasn't great. Way too repetitive, no horror whatsoever. I think if it didn't have the supernatural element and was just about a crazy cult it would have been so much better.
I listened to the audiobook and honestly think I would have DNFd if I was physically reading this book. I loved the premise and it kept me entertained enough on my work commute. I just hated Lucas, that Virginia was referenced as 4 different names making it confusing at times while listening, and all of the loose ends throughout the plot and ending.
