I've really enjoyed this entire series so far, and this novella was no exception! I'd definitely recommend you read the first two novels (especially book 2) to get the context for this one, though I *think* it can probably be read as a standalone.

Wyatt and Aron. Didn’t see that one coming until the very moment Aron mentioned it to Noah in Trick Play. To be honest, I didn’t like Aron very much at the beginning, because we had only seen him from Noah’s point of view and in that book he was not okay, but as I got to know him in his own book, he was better than I thought. A lot better. I kind of fell a little for him. Especially when Wyatt came around and they got to spending time together as a couple, they’re so cute.

I really loved seeing their little romance and how it came to be and I really think it adds a lot to the series, I always think novellas do, and this one is no different. LOVED it! and I definitely recommend it!

4/5 stars.

#2.5 of the sadenverse

Aron & Wyatt, MM, friends to lovers

i think we’ve established that i don’t like friends to lovers romances for this exact reason, you already love each other and the whole « boyfriend » label just exist because of the sex

it was, indeed, fast and i did not get why they have just a small story where a whole book could have been a little bit more developped AND cool
