I will preface this by saying I don't think I was in the right place when I read this book for a non fiction of this sort. I know many people feel this is the type of book to read when they are in the challenge, but for me, that is not the case. I do better with them when my mental state is in a better place and I can read and absorb what is being said. I did have some takeaways, but not as many as I know I could have, so I will likely return to this one, and hope to absorb more and pick new pieces up.
