I love these books! So good!
Oh the nostalgia!! I grew up loving the Baby-Sitter's Club and these graphic novels are a fun way to bring back memories of my childhood.
Completed as part of the 2020 Mini Magical Readathon: Visit Hogsmeade!

This was quite nice, I think reading from Stacey's point of view is really interesting as she is mature, especially with regards to her diabetes.
I remember reading this when I was very young and was so angry at the other babysitter agency and their bad job. It was so satisfying to see our club "win", and it was just as satisfying now.
The kids are so cute, Charlotte was so shy and I hope I will get to see her getting friends, and Jamie is so adorable!

This book flowed even better than the first. I loved the easy awareness about diabetes that was worked into this book, and the good lessons about bodily autonomy and standing up for those with no voice that were worked into it. Ann M. Martin's source material is really the best, so I'm so happy that I've found this easy read graphic novel format to introduce it to my students!
3.5 bumped up to 4 for hardcore nostalgia. The frustration I felt when I first read this came flooding back to me. I hated the Agency. And I still do, even more now that I'm a mom. Haha! Illustrations were great and the pacing of the book was good as well.

I really like that Stacey stood up for herself and took charge of her health in this one. It’s very fair for her to have a say in her treatment and which doctors she sees for her diabetes. Stacey is definitely an empowering role model.
