I love me a Death God and Anubis doesn't fail to deliver!

I enjoyed the relationship between his jackal and his human self! The fact he wants wants to sniff people, had me dying 😂 Also him filtering with Ayla and Kema to piss off his uncle's is perfection!

Our female lead, Tahirah was such a unique woman. Loving the company of the dead over people, makes her a perfect match for Anubis. As an archeologist she is perfect to help him find his Ka.

I love how the other immediately take her under their wings! The female bonding alone was hilarious 😅 Another found family I wish to be a part of!

All in all a fun, fast paced, smutty journey that I will visit again for sure!

Ok so this jumped right into the romance and sex. It’s a short read. The plot was an excuse for sex. The sex was gooood. It was exactly what I was looking for. But also this relationship was so rushed. Both previous books built up the romance much better. I didn’t care at all about these characters aside from the spicy. 🌶🌶🌶🌶.
