I'm actually not okay after finishing this volume, lol. There were so many emotions on display, and so, so (TOO) much happens in this (what felt like a) tiny volume! Like Kikoru, I'm still in disbelief with the director general being fused with Kaiju No. 9, I'm deeply upset that my husband Kafka can't be in the Special Defense Force (maybe???? I mean, they've been trying to kick him out forever, lol) anymore, and I was very intrigued at my other husband Soshiro being offered No. 10 from the kaiju itself, and if THAT wasn't enough, Reno has the most potential to take No. 6's power??????

I'm going to be reeling from this series/volume for a while!

They’re starting to make a plan, but they have lost an influential character. And Kafka is starting to realize the grim future he faces as a Kaiju. At least they’re starting to make a plan to deal with No. 9. I can only hope that Reno manages to tame the power of No. 6.
