This was a really cute, wholesome little book.

I found the portrayal of grief very believable, and I love seeing sci-fi used to tell normal human stories (although world ending alien invasions are fun too) 

I found myself comparing the seep’s leaflet tone with the ad copy at the start of each chapter in Ubik (but that’s probably just because I read them both recently)

My copy had a short story at the back that was just the same events from the kid’s perspective. I don’t feel this really added anything to the plot (maybe it was meant to be a part of the book and got cut? Well if so I wish they’d cut it back in for this edition)

C'est de la SF utopiste queer bizarre, et c'était drôle et bien trouvé. 
L'intrigue est rapide, et j'aurais aimé que certains sujets soient peut-être un peu plus creusés, surtout vu les thèmes abordés, mais en vrai je me suis amusée, et j'ai aimé qu'on sort un peu du cadre habituel de l'invasion extra-terrestre. 

Eh, si j'avais voulu de la perfection j'aurais aimé que ce soit plus long et encore plus barré, mais au final, c'était très bien mené.
