This was the cutest thing I’ve ever read. Rowan and Neil are so cute I LOVE THEM. I love a good YA romance and Rachel Lynn Solomon did a great job at writing this one. I related a ton to Rowan, it sort of felt like she was in my head. If you need something light and fluffy I definitely recommend this !!

I started really slow for me and I really didn’t like the main character but as you get into you start to enjoy it and picks up in speed. Even though there’s so the epilogue I really don’t think they need it.

I got to finish this book at last after nearly reading it for almost a month but damn this book had me giggling, grinning and kicking my legs in shy the entire time I was reading. Im such a fan of enemies to lovers trope and this book had me on chokehold till the end. Neil McNair might be Neil Mcnightmare but he is my McPerfect. He is the blue print for a rival to turn into a lover. Me when omg?? I wish so bad to have a guy like him who give such a golden retriever energy. Might as well check out "free puppies" because of him

rr#1: I AM THE ONE WHO IS CRUSHED. HHGJFJFJJFHSJAHFKAMm!!!!;#@!??? how can anyone not instantly adore this book is beyond me. also i love love love rachel lynn solomon and she manages to address so many themes in this book, it's crazy. there's anti-semitism, Jewish representation, the stereotypes of romance novels, facing fears of change and transition etc etc, and of course this book being a love letter to seattle!! i loved every moment of it so much

this book made me so emotional, especially the parts about rowan talking about her last day of high school. i've always felt connected to characters who had to say goodbye to their home and move to someplace else for college

definitely one of the best books i've read, will make sure to read it again soon :)
