This is one of the best omegaverse i’ve read all year.
The plot was original; not some overdone bullshit and the FMC wasn’t some self-proclaimed badass who had to prove that she could take care of herself at every given moment, And i have so much respect for that bc i was so fucking tired of books with fmc that are all talk.
Jo was everything. Bold, Cunning, Capable. A real badass. And i appreciate the fact that she wasn’t a slave to her omega instincts but didn’t run from them or deny them either.
The pace of the story was perfect for me and I cannot stress enough how much i loved that although Jo was attracted to her guys, she didn’t let it get in the way of her plan and didn’t hesitate to take action.
I want to kiss the author for not pushing the plot aside & inserting smut within the first 10 chapters of the book. Bc i’ve it an awful lot in these types of books and im not a fan. I like that the plot and conflict is developed and there’s some progression in their relationship emotionally before they got sexually involved.
The guys were pretty amazing themselves. And i adored the fact that their attraction to her simply wasn’t cuz she was an omega and they never objectified her (which is kinda the bare minimum but it’s actually so uncommon these days so i have no choice to appreciate it)
Another thing was the banter. It was delicious. I liked that it wasn’t all flirty and the guys weren’t always making crude jokes trying to get into he pants but that there was genuine and enjoyable banter.
They really are so many commendable things for me in this book.
I think this RH Omegaverse was rlly well done and enjoyable :)
