THIS WAS TOO FREAKIN' SWEET! It also made me extremely hungry. I'm not sure if there are hockey players who could also moonlight as a pâtissier, but I would surely love to meet one. I loved Emma and Lucien, they had that insta connection and fantastic banter. The side characters were phenomenal and the descriptions of the sweets where just too much! A sports / baking romance?! Jeez, I didn't stand a chance.

ALSO, are Kristen Callihan and Lucy Score friends? Because this book had the nickname 'Brick' and a character named 'Remington.' Forever Never came out a week after this book, which also featured these names...hmmmm, coincidence??? I think not...

One of my fave romance writers back in the game. A bit less well developed in some areas than her usual pieces (some leaps in plot where I think she's usually top of the line with the pacing), but otherwise this is exactly what it needs to be: comforting and fantastic froth.

tiene todo lo que me gusta en un libro: nada de trama, un varón obsesionado que roza la humillación y +18

I had this book in my TBR pile for a long time and kept skipping over it. I judged the premise as cheesy and figured I’d save it for a long car ride or something. I WAS WRONG. I literally smiled my way through this book and that’s hard for me to do. I love their banter!

Two perfect people who are boring from the get-go, like their conversations. Daenerys and a star athlete are the least relatable people ever. Also, the guy is French. Merci mais non merci.

This was such a fun and heartwarming book. I enjoyed it a lot!

emma and lucian’s story was unbearably sweet and sexy, plus we love a hero who bakes
