Más acción, más personajes, más peleas, más escenarios... eso es lo que me encontré en esta tercera parte de la saga Crave. Furia fue una de mis mejores lecturas del año pasado, el factor x que se añade en ese libro le da tanta vida a esta saga que la ha cambiado por completo. Con el final que tiene el libro anterior, estaba claro que este no iba a ser menos. El libro comienza unas semanas después de cuando acaba Furia, todos los personajes están hechos un lío. Grace, aunque me cae bastante bien, es verdad que en algunos momentos me ponía de los nervios por su indecisión. Respecto a lo que todo el mundo decía, que hay muchas escenas de "relleno"... yo no creo que sea así, el un libro largo con sus casi 900 páginas, pero en ningún momento se me hizo largo o pesado, lo devore en cuestión de tres días. Los capítulos son muy cortos y hay muchos diálogos, también están las intervenciones de "la cursiva" que hace que cada página te mueras de risa o estés leyendo con el corazón en un puño.
En conclusión, me ha encantado este libro, no tanto como Furia, pero es que esta saga se está convirtiendo en una de mis favoritas, ahora solo queda esperar a que llegue el 2 de Marzo para por fin tener el siguiente, Fulgor.

La historia sigue lo suficientemente interesante como para mantenerme enganchada y dispuesta a seguir con la saga.
Este libro ha tenido partes mucho más oscuras y momentos tensos, pero hay algo de esta saga que no soporto y me saca muchísimo de la lectura. Cuando después de una situación terrible y traumática, de repente los personajes pasan a estar de risas o cachondos perdidos. Es como que pasa de una página a la siguiente y provoca que sienta la narrativa demasiado aleatoria. También me sigue pareciendo muy extraño que pasen taaaaaaantisimas cosas en tan poco tiempo, es que a veces parece que sus días tienen el triple de horas que uno normal.
Por otra parte me gusta como se está desarrollando la relación entre los protagonistas, echaba de menos un romance así. Lo que no me gusta tanto son las partes en las que se ponen cariñosos, son demasiado repetitivas y sobre todo, demasiado intensas, teniendo en cuenta que solo se están dando besitos. Como en algún momento lleguen a algo más, se va a partir la tierra por la mitad.
Los capítulos finales con el POV cambiado siempre son un dolor fuerte de corazoncito.

Leyendo un libro donde se usa lenguaje que incluye expresiones como "es un tío de puta madre" junto con otro repertorio de palabras vulgares (lo cual me gusta, teniendo en cuenta la edad de los personajes), no me esperaba para nada la palabra "coito". No se si alguna chica de 18 años usa la palabra "coito", pero ha estado tan fuera de lugar teniendo en cuenta el tipo de vocabulario del libro, que cada vez que me acuerdo me da la risa.

Very much worth reading in the end, heart wrenching. Leaves you needing to buy the next book in the series.

But between The Bloodletter spilling the tea about her mate situation and the Vampire king issuing a warrant for both Grace and Hudson as soon as they leave school grounds, she got her hands full. But as the hits keep coming, the group realizes that drastic measures are the only chance of survival.
Book 3 me is laughing at book 2 me thinking there would be anything nice happening for the Katmere kids in the near future. The trauma roller coaster continues as Grace, the Vega boys, and everyone else tries random quests to figure out how to fix the ridiculous amount of trouble constantly bearing down on them. We do get tons of new information which means we also get tons of new questions! Yay! It’s unending. Well, there is an end in sight… hopefully, kind of, but probably not. We do get to see Grace figure some things out and use her big brain. Just maybe they can get things to work for once.
Ok again, I can’t tell you a whole lot more because spoilers. But in Covet you get:
Confessions of love. Exotic trips! New friends who you would not want as enemies. Battles and capers. Cool items of certain doom. Smooches, and more. Amazing reveals and revelations. People finally thinking logically. And long inner monologues about love and family and junk.
