The author says at the beginning of this book that this isn't a book that needs to be read front to back, and she was absolutely correct. This is the kind of book that should be owned and consulted when needed.
That being said, I checked this out from the library, so I read it front to back. And I still got a lot out of it! Enough to make me want to own a copy to consult.
There are so many things in here that seem so simple--walk barefoot on some grass, scream into the void, create rituals, etc--but it's really nice to have it all listed in front of you. So check it out, flip to a random page, and take care of yourself.

I need to purchase a physical copy for this to be optimally useful.

It did definitely do its job, providing a bunch of different tips and actions to consider. That said, it didnt feel researched almost at all (just someone who wanted to put their own personal ideas and beliefs out there, which is fine, just wasnt aware thats what it would be) and I wasn't a huge fan of the tone it was written in. And the narration felt too... happy-go-lucky, for lack of a better term - though I'm sure that's what the narrator was asked to do based on aforementioned tone.
