This is a very good WWII historical fiction featuring a strong leading lady.

I really enjoyed following Hannie as she slowly joined the resistance, starting small and working up to becoming a major player.

It’s always great to read books about those to fought for their country and were quick to say no to German/Nazi ideology.

I ended up listening to this one thanks to an ALC from PRH Audio & Saskia Maarleveld narrates. She does so well with historical fiction. I really enjoy her voice.

A solid read & great for fans of historical fiction.
