It was a fun horror story, sufficiently dark and gripping, but not as good as the first book, I think. Too many times I was thinking, “why don’t you just [do the obvious thing to get to safety]?” It was a bit frustrating.

i wanted it to be another fungus like the first but i suppose that would have been redundan . i was so disappointed by the ending
