Both books in this series were a 4.5 for me, I think. ⭐
I'm a big fan of how you never know for CERTAIN if something is actually paranormal, or if there's a more logical explanation -- you're left to decide how you feel about it, and there's something brilliant in that approach.

Excellent, though not as good as the original. Didn’t have as solid of a base story/mystery, but made up for it with exploration of trauma and PTSD as well as some truly creepy sequences.
