This book made me burst out laughing so many times, not even the slightest bit of exaggeration when I say that. It's so so good and such a fantastic romance that's got depth, humor, maturity, and sexiness. Truly obsessed with Alexandria Bellefleur and how she writes queer romances so perfectly.

Thanks to @netgalley I was able to read this as an arc. The romantic and a realist, in this new book by Alexandria Bellefleur a romance author and a divorce lawyer meet and but heads on a podcast when giving advice to listeners/ viewers. I was hooked on this before chapter 1 even finished, based on the authors previous work I was excited to start this Arc and it did not disappoint. The author knows exactly how to drop a Taylor Swift reference that is how you do it 10/10, we love an author who doesn't drag other people in creative industries. The Bi representation was amazing, and I felt a deep connection to Truely the main FMC when she spoke about coming out to her parents and really connected to her. My favourite part of this book was probably the banter between the FMC and MMC. This was an amazing light read which had me kicking my feet but also made me emotional it was such a well rounded piece.

I should have DNF'd but I hate-finished this book instead. I would not say that it is enemies to lovers, they fell for each other pretty fast. And the plot is pretty much non-existent, except that a 27-year-old woman tries to parent-trap her newly separated parents, then suddenly believes that love is non-existent and tries to breakup with her boyfriend when her plan doesn't work. It all just felt very childish.
