Oh my god. I have enjoyed other Bellefleur books in the past, but I just couldn’t with this one. The setup is silly, the dialogue is cringe, and the internal monologue strains credulity. This woman finds her fiancé cheating on her but less than an hour later her every thought becomes about this other man and his eyelashes and shoulders and smirk and I just cannot. She has to have other thoughts in her head!

I was not prepared for how hot this book got. Colin was such a sweetheart and I loved how he and Truly understood one another. Truly did frustrate me at times as I thought she was too involved in her parents marriage for a 27 year old, and as a best selling author I didn't understand her quips of not having insurance when she probably has the means to.
