Good practices for when you're buried in responsibilities. Would not recommend reading this if you have time. Would recommend it if you juggle 3 projects and hardly have any time.
I read Ego is the Enemy first, and I can see that the two books are quite similar. In both cases, Ryan Holiday presents examples of actions of historical figures, trying to demonstrate a point related to the purpose of the book.
In "The Obstacle Is the Way" he uses historical figures, such as Benjamin Franklin, Teddy Roosevelt or Amelia Earhart to show us how Stoic philosophy combined with perseverance in face of difficulties allowed these figures to achieve their goals.
It is a nice, gentle but also concise introduction into some of the key ideas of Stoicism.
Recommended.

This was great read. In fact, I’m good enough going to buy a copy for each of my kids. I wouldn’t be surprised if I find myself coming back to this throughout the years.
