I really hated every second of reading this book. It's screw on feminism is really bad, the characters all feel inconstant, the art really isn't good, the coloring makes people look randomly whiter and lighting sources feel weird. I struggle so hard to find a good thing to say about this book because it's potential makes it so much worse. I love so many of these characters but all of them being bought together cuz men are dying and talking about men 24/7 while utterly ignoring trans people made for one of the worst stories I've read all year. You can see a lot of the bigotry the writers probably don't even actively know they have inside the pages of this book and I highly recommend you don't check this one out.

This was written before MeTo started, but JFC this is unforgivable embarrassing now. Done with this book forever.

Why would Ivy be knocked out by a gaz? She's immune to all toxines, it's literally her thing aside from controlling plants. Why does this entire story feels like it was written by the same women who just wrote an entire article in France about men's right to "importune" women? At this point, it's hard to say if Benson's describing the Mennists' views of feminism, or if she's just really bad at promoting her ideas/views of equality. The premise was interesting, but so far she's doing nothing but nonsense with a team that should have been awesome. Massive disappointment, and probably one of the reasons so many fanboys refuse to accept Batgirl in the DCU.
