The book felt like it was probably self-published and kind of amateurish.  The flow felt off and I found myself distracted by that so I couldn’t really get into it.

Corny and cringey as anything with so many stereotypes and tropes but at the same time I couldn’t put it down!

Writing was good, but fast. Characters were likable. It seemed like kind of a cheat to use Jonny’s descriptions of places instead of the author describing them, but it was a theme that was consistent and worked.
