I really enjoyed the first in this series and this one didn’t live up for me. The jokes felt flat and the plot predictable. Though there were some nice statements about family and culture, I ended up skimming the end.

It's not as good as the first book. But still funny. And I enjoyed it.

So we just follow the characters lives and the wedding. But of course someone have to die. Or supposed to die. But no no the aunts are there so everything under control.

Over the top, hilarious book that really is just a love letter to crazy families. Absolutely awesome

I read the first book a while ago and I loved it. These books are so funny and entertaining. I definitely liked the first one more but I love the family and the characters I hope the author writes another one.

I loved the first book but this one was so forced and over the top. It took me weeks to get thru it.

Strong character development: Complicated

The Aunties are still as ridiculous and funny like the first book. Although Meddy is getting very annoying for having so much self-doubt and self pity, which is totally unnecessary. Overall, it's still a very enjoyable book to read and I would recommend the Aunties series to anyone for a relax holiday read. I doubt that I can find any other book with similar genre to top this.

I feel like the aunties are caricatures of real people. Also the mystery itself seems a little simple and very rapidly tied up.
I would almost like to see more of the friendship between Staph and Meddie

This was basically my nightmare wedding…but wow, I’m not sure any more action could have been packed into Meddie’s big day!

Great character development and representation that continued from book 1…but also good as a standalone if you haven’t read the first book in the series!
