"Queer, not queer, that didn't seem to matter now that they were all busy dying."

Wow
I really enjoyed this book.
It starts a little rocky, (One of the first things our mc does is talk about his mom's breasts), but it picks up.
You know going into it that most of these characters are going to die, but it's hard not to care about them. All their stories and personalities were really well thought out.
And it's funny and witty. And the gore isn't so extreme that it turns you away. It's so well done

"Our father, which art in tinfoil,
hallow'd be thy name."

The concept is really interesting, but I wish there had more of a focus on why the boys were in the Walk. It felt a bit lazy for most of the boys to just be like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have a love/hate relationship with Stephen King books. He can make walking entertaining but he also writes the same types of characters in every book I’ve read of his.
