This was a cute little short story. I never thought I'd call anything Freida writes cute but this one is lol. Millie and Enzo forever!
I don’t know if this was all that much needed, and it didn’t really add anything to the story for me, but it was quick so why not
The Housemaid’s Wedding delivers the same suspenseful twists Freida McFadden is known for, but it doesn’t quite hit the highs of the previous books in the series. The pacing keeps you hooked, and the psychological tension is strong, but some of the twists feel a bit predictable or recycled. The characters are engaging, but their development feels rushed in parts. While it’s still an enjoyable read, it doesn’t pack the same punch as The Housemaid or The Housemaid’s Secret. If you’re a fan of the series, it’s worth a read—but temper your expectations.
