It was predictable and it dragged on. Nothing exciting happening for so long. Questions going on too long without being answered. All of the characters were lgbtq so it seemed unnatural and like it was a hidden agenda. Would not recommend at all.

oh wow i was not ready for this?? dark fairytales academia is such a niche concept and it was executed so well! i have no words really - still digesting how intriguing and absorbing this was, perchance, because i’ll admit i didn’t think, when i started, that i would like it much. the only slight i found was that the plot sequence was a bit erratic, and the antagonist too easy to predict, but i did still enjoy reading how the girls eventually got there. regardless, this was a very fun, captivating book, with characters i loved so very much, and i can’t wait to find out where the sequel takes me.

this book was like catnip. dramatic boarding school, murder mystery, fairy tales, queer rep. so much fun, I loved it.

This was described to me as a book with an "aro/ace MC, queer cast, ancient fairy tail curses”. The writing did not hold up to this and had several basic grammar errors throughout the book.
