The first 3 books of this series were amazing...dark but amazingly written. Behind His Eyes - Consequences was super hard to read because while I realized Anthony was pretty diabolical we had no idea how much so until you read from his point of view. I think even though I knew I was reading a dark book I really didn't think he was as calculated as he really was. It makes it pretty hard to root for him which I did tend to do towards the middle or so of book #2. All in all it was a really well written book and deserves probably 5 stars ibecause of the reasons above and the turmoil in my stomach reading it I would really give it 4 3/4 stars if that were possible, because I really felt like I might need xanax or something after reading it.
