Would love to give it a better rating because the second half of the book and the ending is actually really beautiful, but I cannot for the life of me ignore that first half. It gave wattpad. But yeah the second half saved it so still worth it.

Just wasn’t connecting to the characters. The beginning felt like a bunch of info dumping but I didn’t understand why I needed it. They hate each other so much!! Why? Dunno. Just because I guess.

I couldn't wait for Landon & Shay, I was so excited to learn their story. I'm a sucker for a good enemy's to lovers and B.Cherry didn't disappoint. Landon was so complex and my heart hurt for his sad soul. Shay was just as amazing as I knew she would be from Eleanor & Grey. I adored their banter, it's one of my favorite parts of these types of books and this was spot on. I can't wait for part 2, counting down the days!
