This one was lovely. I actually cried when I read The Dog because it felt even more real than the others - I believed it completely š¢
I think this is my favourite of the 4 so far

Another good edition of this series. And my favorite cover so far š©·
emotional
As per usual in this series I cried while reading this. Today I cried on a peak hour train going home. Thereās just something about people going back in time to see someone thatās passed away, even though they know they canāt change the present, that gets my tears flowing.
What made me sob was:
- the woman seeing her dead dog one last time
- the woman asking her boyfriend if he really did find someone else or if he was trying to make her feel better when he died (spoiler it was the latter)
- the daughter seeing her dead father that she ignored and moved away from
Particular shout out to the last story for making me sob extra hard when the dad gave the daughter her favourite snacks from her hometown and she threw them on the floor and he went to pick them up and leave (only to die in the earthquake a few days later). Cried over the sad scene and the wasted food.
