This volume contains 4 more stories from the cafe of Funiculi Funicula. I’m glad we’re back at the original location, but I’m confused with all the time jumps - forward, backward, it’s hard to keep it all straight. And did that last chapter contain a spoiler that maybe the present did change for someone after all?

But most importantly, does the dog die?

Sadly, yes. The second chapter (which was my absolute favorite of the series to date) would not have existed if the dog did not die. I may have been sobbing on the floor with a broken heart, but he lived a good life.

read this book for the second of my 24 hour read-a-thon! i was so excited to continue the series and it did not disappoint! i still that the second one is my fav but loved the first person pov in this one with the customers! i don’t mind the repetition i love it and i always will haha
