Once again, the author continues to weave their magical and comforting universe, where time and emotions intertwine with every cup of coffee. We are back at the Funiculi Funicula café, where, for a mysterious reason, it is possible to travel through time. Each journey allows the characters to return to a specific moment in their past, for a farewell, a confrontation, or a chance to fix what has been lost. As always, the author manages to blend sweetness and melancholy, offering us an experience that is both comforting and heart-wrenching. Like the first three volumes, we are treated to four different stories. The characters will face moments that marked their existence, and the café becomes a magical place, allowing reunions, goodbyes, or reconciliations. This fourth volume also reminds us of the beauty of transitional moments, those suspended instants when we must face the end of one cycle to begin another.
I really loved my reading experience; this book invites us to reflect on our own lives and the things we would like to change if we had the chance. Let yourself be tempted by this magical place, the Funiculi Funicula café, where, through the warmth of a cup, entire lives are redefined.

did not finish….lead character in the last chapter was unbearable

Had been curious about these books for years and finally acquired one from the library. The repetition of the stories became tiring to me, but the last one about the daughter almost made me cry. Very sweet and a quick read.

This is such a cozy series despite the short stories being emotional. The pace is slow and very character driven but I really like it. I love the cafe and seeing snippets of the staff and their stories throughout each book.
