Hell it was so good, so cute and so hot at the same time.
Loved the bi rep ! I was so happy the authors did not use the easy way of « only gay for you ».

It has been a while since I read a book that is got me hooked up in a couple of chapters, and made me smile from page 1 right until the end.
Loved everything about it and binged read it in a day.

I really enjoyed this book. Childhood friends morphing into more. Sexy tension and I could feel all the love. Can't wait to read what Wes and Jamie are up to in the next book.

I am going to start by saying, I finished the book, it was fine, pretty entertaining, the sex scenes are fun. they unapologetically make up most of the book, so like, there is not much ambition there.

Now, the gay aspects were not the most accurate. There was some biphobic rhetoric, that can in part be attributed to the biases of the characters but that wasn’t dealt with the most gracefully. I also found the bisexual character’s journey profoundly unrelatable but like, I’m only one bi bitch in the lot so that’s worth what it’s worth. 
What did bother me is how profoundly straight the characters felt. The internalised homophobia of one of them was pretty well done but like. They go to straight bars and drink straight beer straightly and also very much behave like stereotypical dudebros, which would be kind of nice masc4masc rep if they did not wax poetic about liking how big and manly the other is, in passing mentioning how not their type twinks and fem men are, and also how they prefer men with not too much hair. The only references to gay culture are a copyright safe Grindr and Sex in the city. 
Idk it feels like two straight dude plastered with the most stereotypically straight women taste in men, completely isolated from gay culture. ONE OF THE TWO MAIN CHARACTERS HAS A TRIBAL TAT ISTG.
