I love the principle. Take what you want from it. I only wished it was a more detailed book on activities, organized by age (there is a table for that in the back, but I wanted it to be more obvious).

This was a great introduction to Montessori methods. I debated whether to buy the book or the kindle edition and am so glad that I decided on a physical copy. It is aesthetically pleasing with simple charts, beautiful pictures, and pleasant feeling pages. I loved this!

Overall I liked the ideas for activities that are age appropriate for a toddler. I don't like that it promotes sleep training and the idea of crutches/bad habits for sleep.

This is a great overview of the Montessori approach at home for ages 1-6 with references throughout for further reading or to latest evidence.

You don’t have to fully embrace the Montessori approach to still gain a ton of great ideas from the book! Great introductory to the Montessori lifestyle.

This was just fine. Good primer on Montessori philosophy -- very oriented on the how, a bit lacking on the why.
