While sensory avoidance I hear much more about, it sensory seeking is much less in the light. This little sloth, despite being a sloth likes to move around in his environment to gain more sensations, even while reading using a fidget toy. I do the exact same thing (although I rarely if ever read to, unless it is an audiobook playing through my headsets). This short picture book has lovely illustrations and is easy to understand that many sensory-seeking things are more than just fidget toys, they are literally anything that engages the senses and can help maintain a focus for some
