One of my new favourite books of all time. Words can't describe how much this beautiful, tender, euphoric, happy, sexy love story means to me as a gay kid trapped in a conservative town. If only the world was this beautiful for us gays, someday we'll make it true.

Alex, first son of the President of the United States, got caught in an altercation with Henry, an actual prince of England. To fix this PR disaster, they must appear to be the bestest friends and feelings blossom. Enemies to lovers trope fans rejoice!

Light,  fun, flirty, and unexpectedly sexy - a perfect summer read! (Despite not being summer where I live). Fans of enemies to lovers trope would surely love this book. The transition from dislike to like isn’t rushed and you can really relish in the sweet, youthful feeling of falling in love. I love the diverse set of characters. I think I enjoyed the side characters a bit more than the main characters. I thought it was gonna be a dual POV. It would have been interesting to read about Henry’s POV. He just appears to be too perfect and a bit boring at times, at least in my opinion. Some aspects of the book aren't realistic or at least an idealized version of reality. But then again, it's fiction. I’m not exactly the biggest fan of romance but I really enjoyed this book. Would love to read more light and fun romance!

Alex and Henry were so cute. Happy everything worked out in the end. Just enough funny stuff to balance out the romance. All of the characters were fully formed and charismatic characters. Was v good and like that it didn’t drag.

This is one of those rare instances where I watched the movie before reading the book and I was very excited that they kept a lot of the larger plot points, but added a few to the movie.  Overall, a delight of a story that covered a lot of LGBTQ topics without feeling awkward  about it.
