Well this was a ride for sure! I was unprepared for just how much I would love this book. It is full of feminine rage, determination, and cold calculated revenge. It also has that cat/mouse anxiety that has you questioning your morals. (Mine have always been pretty grey)

Note: Be sure to check the trigger warnings because there are some MESSED up people that need killing - and this book is set to deliver that. 

Lana is a beast for sure, and she is one of the best FMC 's I have read. Her survival and dedication to her and mission throughout the book(s) are incredible - and while a certain suspension of belief is needed for some parts, overall it was all very well done.

This was so much fun. 
Especially if you are a crime series lover like me. 
I don't typically like romance and i definitely dislike smut. But did not mind it in this case at all.
- 0,5 because

the hate-fuck. What the hell was that about. Also did not really like Jake and Hadley getting together. Too easy, especially in the instant way it was portrayed.

A masterpiece from start to finish. Truthfully, I don’t know what to say other than that this was perfect. This series didn’t let me have a single moment of reprieve and I loved every second. Lana Myers is that GIRLLLLLLL. Logan & Lana UGH THANK U GODDDD

I wasn’t expecting to be as obsessed with this as I was. I truly loved every single thing about it and I’m sad that I don’t have anymore. 

I don’t even know what to say about that book other than it was dark it the best way possible while still finding moments of humor and levity. 

I will be checking out this authors other books under other pen names to see if I love them as much.
