My first smut book! I appreciated the spicy bits, but I didn’t really care for the other tropes, or the characters all that much either. The small feisty girl tames the big wounded man? Hate that. Those last few chapters did make me emotional tho so maybe it worked for me just a little (but to be fair, I was listening to instrumental Taylor Swift and the songs were lining up just right so idk....).
Also, I can just tell, I just know, that all of these characters are white.
