I love that the Greek gods narrated this book. Julie Berrys does a great job of making you feel like you are actually there, in France. James’ and Hazel’s relationship is so perfect 🫶😭😍
And Aubrey and collette add the right amount of history to the book.

good; trigger warning for like literally everything; author definitely shows her perspective as an American white woman (although not in a super bad prejudiced way, just over explaining racism) … so do what you want with that info

book still overall worth the read imo, but not my most absolute favorite by any means
