This book was okay, but I’m not gonna lie—it had me hating the main male character until pretty much the last few pages. Whit was such an asshole! The way he treated Summer and constantly put her down? Disgusting.
It almost felt a little wrong reading this book. Two young kids doing the VERY DIRTY deed constantly. I liked the story surrounding it but wish there was more story and less sex. I do think I’ll continue the series but not right away.

I went in blind into this book based on it being shared on FB. The most perfect enemies to lovers/bully book I’ve read in a while. The spice was perfect. The story was even better. Emotional angst.

I was quickly drawn into the world of Summer and Whit. As well as a lot of smut the story line was amazing and kept me hooked all the way to the end. This was the first book of Monica Murphy but it won’t be the last!
Oh goodness was this a book. I started this on a long road trip not fully knowing what I was getting into. It definitely surprised me in many ways. Whit annoyed me a lot at first because he was ruthless and I didn’t like how mad he always was at the world. I did end up changing my opinion on him closer to the end of the book. He grew into being a better person and we love that. I had mixed feelings about Summer probably the whole book. I can say I really didn’t like any of the adults in the story or said siblings(Sylvie) At one point I cried because Sylvie was being the absolute worst for no reason. Same with the mom. I could not stand how badly Summer was treated because of her mom. Summer had a lot more patience then I ever would. I’m glad there was a happy ending because otherwise I don’t think I could of handled it.
