Anything Stephen King writes, I will read. This concept was really interesting and they managed to create a really good story.
Boring and overly wordy. It didn’t feel like a Stephen King story at all. I made it to page 500 and was still bored so I skipped to the last few chapters and was disappointed in how the story ended. 10/10 would not recommend.

Reads like many of Stephen King’s epics but has enough energy to get from start to finish in an entertaining way. The characters are well developed and the idea behind the story is an interesting one and fleshed out in a satisfying way. Some bits about gender and race don’t work well but on the whole, it’s a good novel.
this was such a cool concept for a novel and honestly it was just as satisfying as i thought it’d be. i could’ve used more explanation as to like.... Why shit was happening but that’s not really king’s style is it

So I started reading this and couldn't get into it so I brought the audio book. It felt like a love letter to women and something to draw attention to women and their lives and struggles.
<Spoiler> The ending was kind of anti-climatic which I my only draw back of the entire book, however I understand the ending and why it needed to be that way. I would have liked a bit more explaining about Evie and who she was and who sent her. <Spoiler>
