Absolutely lush and lyrical writing, crawling with potent descriptions of terrible and lovely boys doing absolutely wicked things. One of the best reads I've had in a long, long time!

“Elegantly morbid” is the best way I can think to describe this book. The writing was intricate, the characters fascinating, and their actions cruel.

I really liked the vibes and premise of the book but I feel like the reveal at the ending was not satisfying. It seemed like most of the characters didn’t have a choice in their actions and for me it would’ve been more interesting if the story took the route that they did have free will. I did enjoy the authors writing style as well.
