What the hell are we doing. Let’s be so honest this isn’t dark romance this is erotica. And that’s fine. Esp because there’s no plot, goals, in fact I don’t know what the hell’s going on. But hey we get anal this time around. Baby girl there’s a third book and if this book wasn’t part of a summer reading challenge I would have never picked this up. And yes I read the first one, I felt the same about it. Also the first one had more spice. But less anal so there’s that.
I absolutely adored this sequel. I loved it even more than the first one!!! The love that Gray had for Willow and how he tried to show her it hadn’t been a trick and he cared for her was just a chefs kiss! It reminded me a lot of when the Beast tried to show Belle that he cared for her I loved how the arch demons played a huge roll in everything. To me it seemed like it was an absolute mirror of what heaven is constructed like. But as with all magic, there is balance and I feel like the author really understood the assignment. I cannot wait for the third book!
