Genuinely embarrassing. That’s how bad it is to read. I cringed all the way through.

For the first time in my life I'm grateful I didn't drop the book middle read. I was so bored at the start and then what happened happened and I was left in tears.
It will never be my favorite one, but I'm glad I finished.

I don’t want to be a hater, but I feel like when book awards shortlist these “modern” books where the format replicates social media, they end up saying nothing. Just saying shocking things with the guise that this is how our society operates, doesn’t actually make any social commentary, it’s just bad writing.

This was a clever, hilarious, and at times heartbreaking read. The writing style takes a minute to get used to but then it’s quite fun. I felt like the author really shared and opened themselves up to the reader in this book.
