I like what her boss said, "Don't look down on your work."
It's ok to strive to be better, look elsewhere for a job, but while you're there, do your job. Don't make it harder for your colleagues. But at the same time, know your limits, do as you're paid to do. Don't overwork your body 'cause the company can replace you with a snap of their fingers...no biggie, but you can't afford healthcare. Lol.
