Some great short fiction in here. Were-Tigers, The Iron Angel and Consequences make the book pretty good without reading any of the rest of it. The non-fiction is pretty dry; I confess I skimmed or skipped most of it except for the Kipling poems, and those I'm glad I took the time to read. Worth picking up a copy!
