So far, this is my favourite in the series– probably because it's told from the POV of someone who isn't a royal bitch. Though it was actually a prequel, I liked knowing the story behind that goofball Alex. It was a good story with random characters popping up, though the only part that I really didn't get was the spirit of the Great Wolf. That raised more questions than it answered. Still, not bad, and definitely a nice, needed break from Rylee.

I enjoyed meeting Alex
I was one of the people that wanted to know more of his story, how he ended up with Rylee running from the pack and all of that was covered. I appreciate when an author listens to their readers. This was a fast fun read.

I loved getting the little insight into Alex's back story. It was so sad. I've always loved Alex but this has taken it a step further. Fingers crossed the voice was right ;)

This was a fun easy read and it was great to see it from Alex's perspective how he became what he is now, the first salvage he did with Rylee and a few extra tid bits that I won't go into as they would be spoilers

I always wanted to know more about Alex, how he became what he is etc. and this novella provided it. Can be read if you curious or skipped without loosing anything.
