A recommendation I found on TikTok and an impulse buy from Thrift Books minutes later and I have zero regrets.  This was fucking amazing!!

Oh my god, I am as obsessed with this book as Nikolai is to Brandon.  The way this book had me kicking my feet and smiling like an idiot.  This book was literally so good.  It felt like reading a fan-fiction (in a good way) and even though I’m not a fan of first person point of view in spicy books this book is the exception.  10/10.

Nikolai was genuinely so hilarious.  I absolutely love him and his total lack of shame.  I laughed out loud so many times because of this bisexual bitch.

Brandon and Nikolai really balanced each other out and the more their relationship progressed the more this really showed.  While they did go back and forth a bit it was never anything too much.

The aesthetic and format of this book was so beautiful.  I loved the playlist that was included in the beginning as well.  Overall 1000/10 🙌

This one actually made me cry but not from the relationship even though it was sweet at times but it was more Brandon and Landon’s talk at the end of the book. I adore Landon and Brandon is meh but i completely understand at the same time

I don’t even know where to start. I feel like with every Rina Kent book I read I fall more in love with her as an author. Brandon and Nikolai’s story quickly became one of my favorites. In God of Ruin, it hinted at the possibility of a romance between the two it was very subtle. I really loved this story and how it ended. Nikolai is definitely more unhinged in this book vs previous ones. Mafia/organized crime, cat and mouse, enemies to lovers are the main tropes for this book. Definitely check your triggers before reading this.

Actually a reread. I just remembered how messed up the characters (nikolai) are and how cute landon and brandon's  relationship was, totally forgot how cute nikolai was with brandon. This really makes me want to read mia and landon's story, but he's a certified psycho, so idk

I absolutely loved this book. Nikolai and Brandon were everything. They are my absolute favorite couple from this series.

The mental health representation in this book was amazing. I can't tell you how much I cried while reading this.

My thoughts on Landon have also changed after reading this. I didn't dislike him as much of at all now that I've read this. I loved seeing him and Brandon reconnect and become close again.

I also really loved the scene where Nikolai and Landon join forces at the end when it truly mattered. I just can't hate Landon now that I've read and understand why he was so distant with his siblings(mainly with Brandon).

I probably have more I can say about this. But I can't put it all into words. But just know that I devoured this book. I did not want to put it down at all. I can't recommend this enough. But absolutely check the triggers before reading.
