God of Fury features Brandon, an artist with an inferiority complex and borderline personality disorder, Nikolai, a golden retriever mafia prince with a craving for violence, and Kolya, Nikolai's very vocal and opinionated penis 😂 I smiled so much during this read, I loved how unapologetically cringey Niko was, and am always gushy for a gay awakening trope. It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows however; while the other books had dark themes and outsider “bad guys”, this one looked deeper into mental health and internal sabotage. This rawness definitely won me over as my favorite of the series.

A recommendation I found on TikTok and an impulse buy from Thrift Books minutes later and I have zero regrets.  This was fucking amazing!!

Oh my god, I am as obsessed with this book as Nikolai is to Brandon.  The way this book had me kicking my feet and smiling like an idiot.  This book was literally so good.  It felt like reading a fan-fiction (in a good way) and even though I’m not a fan of first person point of view in spicy books this book is the exception.  10/10.

Nikolai was genuinely so hilarious.  I absolutely love him and his total lack of shame.  I laughed out loud so many times because of this bisexual bitch.

Brandon and Nikolai really balanced each other out and the more their relationship progressed the more this really showed.  While they did go back and forth a bit it was never anything too much.

The aesthetic and format of this book was so beautiful.  I loved the playlist that was included in the beginning as well.  Overall 1000/10 🙌

My favorite Rina Kent book and her first MM romance. Great blend of spice, humor, angst, it's got it all. I won't say it's the best written book I've ever read, won't go down as a literary masterpiece, but I did enjoy it.

I went into this expecting to love it and I was right. I was a little worried about starting with the second-to-last book in the series, but as a standalone, it works very well. There were characters and storylines that obviously were meant to be resolved in other books, but they didn't confuse me or make me feel like I was missing out on anything.

I wasn't super fond of Brandon's push and pull, but given the direction of his storyline, I eventually understood it. Regardless, it was frustrating asf at the time.

These two are. Whoo. They are intense for each other. Jealous, possessive, murderous. It's all very sweet.

Nikolai's rabid golden retriever energy is all I live for and the way he is immediately all in for Bran just makes my heart flutter.

The conversation the day after they go all the way for the first time had me kicking and squealing like you would not believe. I love them.

The spice manages to be unique and *very* spicy every time, despite the fact that the bottom never gets the chance to top, which is something I've come to look forward to in MM books where one or both MCs have only been with women. That's just a personal like, though so I didn't hold it against the author.

All in all an okay story with decent writing, A+ characters and fantastic spice.
