I didn't realized that I need to sleep until I finished this book. I think my body knows that finishing this book is necessary for my mental well-being because I feel 100% better after a hard day.

I don't care about technicality and how the story and their relationship progress too fast realistically speaking. I don't care. because I need this kind of story, this kind of found family, this kind of tooth-rotingly sweet fanfic-esque couple that touch about important topic.

Enough said.

Now I have to sleep for real. I probably would give a proper review tomorrow when I already have enough sleep (hopefully with a nice dream).

While I liked this book, and it was really a great follow up to the first one, it suffered from over explanation. There were points where I was just hoping the author would just get to the point as many times there were excessive explanations. As a result, this took me way longer than it should have to finish because I wasn't invested in picking it back up everyday. But still cute, and I love the supporting characters in this series almost more than the mains ones.

I was curious to see if this would go somewhere from the 1st book, but so little happened, the characters were just living in fairyland. Getting married at 18? Cmon.

I don't have much to say except that I loved this book with every piece of my heart. I knew I would love it because the first one took me by surprise and ended my 2022 in the best way possible.
If you're looking for a cute romance, with heartfelt moments, or just a generally feel good book, go for it, these are the perfect books for you.
After confirming that Like Real People Do wasn't a fluke, I will read everything E. L. Massey writes. I can't recommend it enough.
